I thought you might enjoy the recipe for the Kahlua Cupcakes that were served at our party.
Kahlua Cake
1 package chocolate fudge cake
1 package 3.4 oz. instant vanilla jello
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 pint sour cream
12 oz. package semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. "Pam" bundt cake pan. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Cool... sift powdered sugar over the top.
I baked the mini cupcakes for 22 minutes and added a chocolate glaze on top. The glaze was made by microwaving 4 oz. of semi sweet chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons of butter.
